DISC is a behavioral style assessment tool that is used to understand different behavioral styles in an effort to improve productivity, relationships, career success, sales, communication, and leadership. Career & Networking Center offers a full portfolio of DISC Assessment tools including:

SUCCESS INSIGHTS ASSESSMENTS: One-part reporting tools, meaning the primary focus is on Behavior Styles (DISC) of self and others. Following are Success Insight Assessments that are available:

Career Planning – These reports are DISC-based and include the DISC graphs and suggestions for career choices. They can be used with college students and adults in transition.

Behaviors – A basic DISC assessment to identify behavioral style preference and workplace strengths. Includes a Behavioral Graph and a Success Insights wheel which is good for identifying comparisons between two or more people.

Communicating with Style – A DISC assessment with an application to improve communication with others.

Customer Service – A DISC assessment with an application to improve
communication with others.

Sales – A DISC basic assessment with tips on improving sales strategies using DiSC theory.

P.L.U.S.– A basic DISC assessment with tips to eliminate time wasters based on an identified DISC style.

Team Building – A DISC general assessment with an application on strengthening teamwork and team building.

Management-Staff – A version of the DISC assessment identifying behavioral styles, communication tips, perceptions, areas of improvement, and behavioral hierarchy targeted for management and staff workers.

TALENT INSIGHTS ASSESSMENTS – Two-part reporting tools that combine Behavior Styles  (DISC) with 12 Driving Forces (EQ). Following are Talent Insight Assessments available: 

Talent Insights®:  Integrates DISC (Behaviors) and 12 Driving Forces (Motivators).  This assessment allows participants to understand the Why (Motivators) behind the How (Behaviors) they respond.  It includes a section that integrates the two reports.

Sales®:  This assessment integrates DISC (Behaviors) and 12 Driving Forces (Motivators) with a Sales application.  This is a great tool for Sales Managers and people in Sales positions. 

Behavioral Intelligence®:  This assessment integrates DISC (Behaviors) and Emotional Intelligence.  This assessment is especially helpful to link Behaviors with Emotional Intelligence and see how the two are interrelated.
