While those in job search, spend much of their time working on networking, document writing and interviewing, it is an important time to also focus on and take care of our internal world. It is normal to feel stressed, overwhelmed, and anxious during times of uncertainty. Fortunately, there are many self-care strategies out there! Self-Care & You will present and share tips on self-care strategies, and how to implement them into your daily routine aimed at helping you become more peaceful in your daily life.
November Topic: Gratitude. Living gratefully can have an overall positive effect on overall mental and physical health. Some side effects of expressing and feeling gratitude include: increasing happiness and reducing depression, reducing negative emotions, and improving resilience. Join us for a discussion regarding how to enhance the expression of gratitude in our own lives.
