While those in job search, spend much of their time working on networking, document writing, and interviewing, it is an important time to also focus on and take care of our internal world. It is normal to feel stressed, overwhelmed, and anxious during times of uncertainty. Fortunately, there are many self-care strategies out there! Self-Care & You will present and share tips on self-care strategies, and how to implement them into your daily routine aimed at helping you become more peaceful in your daily life.
February Topic: Creating your own plan to cope with anxiety
This month, we will take a look at the triggers, thoughts, behaviors, and feelings that create anxiety in our lives. We’ll select a variety of strategies to address these stressors and develop a practical plan to help ourselves when we feel anxious.
