Self Care & You: Tips for Improving the Quality of Your Sleep

While those in job search, spend much of their time working on networking, document writing, and interviewing, it is an important time to also focus on and take care of our internal world. It is normal to feel stressed, overwhelmed, and anxious during times of uncertainty. Fortunately, there are many self-care strategies out there! Self-Care & You will present and share tips on self-care strategies, and how to implement them into your daily routine aimed at helping you become more peaceful in your daily life.
Without good sleep, its tough to move effectively through stressful days in job transition. With a few modifications and practical strategies, we can improve both the quality and quantity of sleep. We’ll practice new strategies and learn new techniques that will aide our goal of more restful sleep.
Krista Sherinian, from Dunham Counseling, in Naperville, will be our guest speaker for this session.
