Self Care & You-Gratitiude

While those in job search, spend much of their time working on networking, document writing, and interviewing,  it is an important time to also focus on and take care of our internal world.  It is normal to feel stressed, overwhelmed, and anxious during times of uncertainty.  Fortunately,  there are many self-care strategies out there!  Self-Care & You will present and share tips on self-care strategies, and how to implement them into your daily routine aimed at helping you become more peaceful in your daily life.

Gratitude will be the topic for November’s session of Self-Care and You. Living gratefully can have a positive effect on overall physical and mental health. Potential outcomes include increasing happiness and reducing depression, minimizing negative emotions and improving resilience.
Share some of your own ideas and borrow some new techniques to enhance the expression of gratitude in your own life. This will be a fun and eye-opening discussion.
