During this appointment, the client and coach will work together to create a plan to navigate through the job search process, or a plan to help you maximize your skills for growth in your role.
All CNC members must start with a 1:1 Intake appointment prior to taking any other type of coaching session. The intake appointment is necessary in order to determine important details about you and your career goals.

GENERAL COACHING
The General Coaching appointment will give you an opportunity for dialog to discuss your process and where you are in your journey. Whether currently employed or in a job search, let's determine your plan of attack. The coach will provide guidance and support for overall concerns and challenges you are facing while helping you narrow down specific areas of focus.
CAREER EXPLORATION
Identify strengths and evaluate goals and objectives to determine the next steps in your job search.

JOB SEARCH STRATEGY
Establish and organize job search priorities and learn methods of staying focused by setting job search objectives, manage your goals, and brainstorming new ways to search or network for positions.
Learn the tools and techniques to improve your online networking presence and create an effective profile.

RESUME TIPS
Work with one of CNC’s experienced career coaches to fine-tune your existing resume, or create a new one that will highlight skills and accomplishments that will make you stand out!

BRAND DEVELOPMENT
Identify, create, and learn how to communicate your personal brand in person, over the phone, and online to set you apart from others. Develop a strong and confident elevator pitch for any situation.
INTERVIEW PREP/MOCK INTERVIEWING
Preparation is key to interview readiness. Your coach will discuss the types of possible questions, the SAR method, professional presentation, remote interview do's and don'ts, and how to execute proper follow-ups. This appointment type is also great for debriefing a recent interview you have had to discover areas for improvement. Additionally you can complete a mock interview with one of our coaches and receive constructive feedback.
